Stronger, Fitter, More Confident - At Your Own Pace
These classes are designed for mums to be and new mums ready to build strength safely.
Led by Coach Nicola, a certified pre & postnatal coach (and mum herself!), you’ll get expert guidance and coaching in a supportive, baby-friendly environment.
Purchase a pack of 8 classes that you can use over the course of three months, choosing the class days and times that are most convenient for you.
Safe Strength Training – Progress from gentle movement to light weightlifting at your own pace.
Baby-Friendly Classes – We provide toys, books & extra hands to help.
Supportive Community – Train with other mums at the same stage.
Expert Coaching – Led by a qualified pre & postnatal coach.
Your Journey to Strength
Whether you're 8 weeks pregnant or 28 weeks postpartum, we tailor movements to suit you, with options and progressions provided in every session. In each class you can expect a blend of:
Gentle movement, breath work and core activation to support pelvic health and reconnect with your body
Strength work using functional movements, scaled to your stage and experience
Optional light barbell or external load work, with fully personalised adaptations and progressions where appropriate

Expert Coaching from Someone Who’s Been There
Nicola is a certified pre & postnatal coach and a mum herself. She knows first-hand how to return to movement safely and confidently after childbirth having been there herself less with her own son, Theo.

There is no set time as readiness will vary from person to person. If you’re postnatal, assuming there were no complications, those who had a vaginal birth could begin these classes after 8-weeks, and those who had a C-Section could start from 12-weeks postpartum. If in doubt, check with your GP first.

Not at all! We adapt everything to your level, wherever you are at.

Absolutely! We provide a welcoming space with toys and books, and you are welcome to stop as often as needed to tend to baby.

Comfortable clothing, water and anything your baby needs.

It is £180 for the 8 class pack.

Once you have attended 8 classes, you will be well-equipped with the foundational strength to join our regular CrossFit classes, or you can purchase another 8 class pack.
