What Classes are Included?
Our classes are led by experienced coaches who will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel confident, supported, and ready to take on the challenge.
What to Expect

CrossFit is a fitness program designed for everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level. It combines elements of strength training, cardio, gymnastics, and mobility to create varied and engaging workouts. Every workout can be scaled to suit your abilities, so whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll feel challenged and accomplished.

Not at all! This trial is perfect for beginners. Our expert coaches will guide you through every movement, ensuring you feel confident and supported throughout each class.

After you sign up, you’ll receive details to log into our class booking app, Wodify. From there, you can check out the schedule and reserve your spot in classes.

Absolutely! This is a great opportunity to introduce a friend to CrossFit. Share the sign-up link so they can join in on the fun, too - but be quick, spaces are limited!

When you arrive, our coach will welcome you and talk through the whiteboard plan for the session. They’ll explain all the movements, help you scale or adapt exercises as needed, and guide you through the warm-up, mobility work, and the workout itself.

You have 8 classes to use over the two-weeks. You can use them however you’d wish, but we encourage you to try a variety of classes to fully experience what we offer.
